As CommScope continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Recruiting Team Lead who will help set the direction of our Blue Collar hiring across several U.S. manufacturing facilities. We need someone who can rapidly build talent pipelines, tenaciously seek top candidates, and be a strong and collaborative talent partner to our hiring managers. You are not someone who relies on incoming applications or external agencies as primary channels. You don't sit and wait; you go out and make things happen! Working from our Catawba NC facility, this is a player/coach role where you will also have accountability for hiring salaried positions and lead a small flexible team delivering volume production and manufacturing hiring. How You'll Help Us Connect The World! You will provide consultative guidance and advice on recruitment methodologies to secure top manufacturing talent. Develop, own, and communicate robust sourcing and recruitment marketing tactics that position us as an 'employer of choice'. Build talent pipelines through local outreach, networking, employee referrals, cold-calling, events, and other creative channels. Help define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process that results in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience. Be bold in creating new ideas to identify, engage, attract, and assess talent Recognized ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches and recruiting related activity in the applicant tracking system. $80K -- $100K
